1. Store and acceptance
These terms apply when you browse or purchase from Westwood Goods. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this site.
2. Product information
Overstock and closeout inventory is limited. We aim to present accurate condition, price, availability, and images, but availability is rechecked before checkout. Missing specifications are not guaranteed.
3. Orders and payment
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are validated by our server. Card checkout is processed through Stripe; Westwood Goods does not store full card numbers. We may cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled and handle any applicable refund through the original payment workflow.
4. Shipping and local pickup
Shipping charges and available fulfillment choices are shown during checkout. For Pomona pickup, wait for the ready-for-pickup notification and bring the order number and identification matching the order.
5. Returns
Eligibility, timing, exclusions, and instructions are described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Product-specific final-sale information, when present, controls for that item.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with checkout, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected systems, or submit false or unlawful information.
