We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.

- Unopened items in original packaging
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
- Items that were incorrectly shipped
- New condition items with all original tags
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened items (unless defective)
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance / final sale items
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Return

- 3We'll provide a return authorization and instructions
- 4Ship back or drop off at our Pomona warehouse: 3227 Producer Way STE 115, Pomona, CA 91768
- 5Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
